Eco Viagens is born in 1996, being its main goal the incoming business, that is, representation of foreign Tour Operators, who regularly send tourist to Portugal.

Our work consists on booking hotels, transfers and excursions and on providing other tourist services, that tourist might want in our wonderful Portugal.

Due to our success measured by our clients’ satisfaction and the experience of one of Eco Viagens founders, with more than 30 years of service in the tourism area, our first branch office in Portimao was inaugurated in 1997.

Consequently we started out a new sector, commonly known as Outgoing, which consists on booking flights, accommodation, excursions, organized trips and on providing other services, this time for residents, whether national or international. We became a “traditional” travel agency, with one goal: to provide vacations to residents in any part of the World.

It was with great commitment and effort that we put ourselves to discover better ways to serve our clients. That was mainly the reason why we verified that, year after year, our sales have been increasing in a substantial and sustainable way. The percentage of repetitive clients is high and the number of clients look for us, perhaps informed by others, is quite encouraging.

2002 is the year we invest in brand new luxury buses, intending to provide the best services to our clients, allowing them to organize their own trips. For that reason we maintain the following motto “the secret of success is in best serving” and hope to count on your support, as well as visits to our offices.

In 2009, even with the financial crisis going on, Eco Viagens continued with its success, this time by opening door to another branch office in Silves, considered to be the historic treasure of the Algarve.  

However, it didn’t end there. The Internet, whether we want it or not, is, nowadays, a powerful instrument that most Companies use to promote their products.

Eco Viagens couldn’t ignore the chance of giving to its clients the possibility of getting to know some of our products.

This way, we developed a computer solution, which allows us to sale our products and services online, thus reaching to more tourists, quicker and maintaining the quality of our services – with a smile and solutions to our clients.
